We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We currently ship to the United States only. For international enquiries, please contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pastryqueen.co. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

We stand behind the quality of our pastry cutter. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return:

- We'll send you return instructions
- Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
Items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
