I recently purchased the Pastry Queen dough blender and I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The blades are heavy-duty and really make the task of blending dough an absolute breeze. One of the best features of this pastry cutter is how easy it is to clean. After use, the dough comes off the blades effortlessly, and it's dishwasher-safe, which is really easy! I've also found that even after several uses and washes, the blades remain sharp and efficient.
I really like this pastry cutter. It is extremely sturdy and heavy-duty. I had another one that was probably the same price that I got somewhere else and it was extremely flimsy and the handle would pop off every time I pushed it down to break up the butter, so it was basically useless.
This one is so sturdy. The handle is made very well and I think that if you’re looking for a pastry cutter that is very well-made, dishwasher safe, comfortable to use, and not flimsy at all. This one is a really great option. I was impressed with how well this was made.
Large handle that doesn’t slip out of place is kind to arthritic hands! The serrated blade makes short work of cutting butter into pastry. Great update of a tool I’ve been using my whole life.
