I recently purchased the Pastry Queen dough blender and I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The blades are heavy-duty and really make the task of blending dough an absolute breeze. One of the best features of this pastry cutter is how easy it is to clean. After use, the dough comes off the blades effortlessly, and it's dishwasher-safe, which is really easy! I've also found that even after several uses and washes, the blades remain sharp and efficient.

I've been cursing my old pastry cutter for years, to the point where I almost completely stopped making biscuits and crusts because I got tired of un-bending the blades with every push. I am so glad I bought this one! It definitely exceeds my expectations. It's super heavy duty; I can't imagine it bending, even with frozen butter. You can see the thickness of the steel in comparison with our butter knife. And it's nicely hand finished, with all sharp edges ground smooth.
What a great purchase! I expect it to outlive me and to probably still look brand new when I'm in the ground.
This is the most diesel and sturdiest pastry cutters I have ever owned. This design leaves nothing uncut or missed. The handle is ergonomically friendly and wide enough for most hand sizes. I really like how easy it is for me to use and how good it feels when I'm using it.
