Has a good grip, you won't slip as you cut butter into your dough. The pastry blade side is sturdy solid metal and does not bend when in use. Comfortable fit in my hand and had no trouble making two batches of scones.
Easy to clean if you want to hand wash as the blades are far enough part to make it easy. This made it through the dishwasher on the top rack just fine.
