I recently purchased the Pastry Queen dough blender and I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The blades are heavy-duty and really make the task of blending dough an absolute breeze. One of the best features of this pastry cutter is how easy it is to clean. After use, the dough comes off the blades effortlessly, and it's dishwasher-safe, which is really easy! I've also found that even after several uses and washes, the blades remain sharp and efficient.
This is much better than my old pastry cutter, that never worked well as it always clogged up instead of cutting. This new one is heavy duty and does the job.
